Volunteer at the Scholastic Book Fair

Hey all – it’s that time again!

The Scholastic Book Fair is right around the corner, November 13-21st! We NEED your help to make this event successful! If you are interested in helping out during the Book Fair, please sign up for a time slot(s) by clicking HERE!

The students LOVE the Scholastic Book Fair and proceeds from this event help provide great titles for our Stillwater Library and individual classrooms! Thank you in advance! Get a head start on your Christmas shopping at the Book Fair!

We Met Our Book Fair Goal!

Thank you to all of the volunteers and supporters of this year’s Scholastic Book Fair. We met our goal of selling 2460 books. In fact, we blew it out of the water! We sold 2844 books. Thank you for helping to promote reading in our community. Read on, my friends…. read on!

The 2016 Stillwater Book Fair is here!

Beef-up your home library. Find some great holiday gifts. Decorate your room with posters. Enter to win a raffle prize. Donate an item to your favorite classroom teacher. The Scholastic flyer (not used to place orders) is coming home this week in Kid Mail, so you can preview this year’s selection. Student wish-lists will be coming home next week.

We have three great ways to participate and promote reading:

Come in to the Book Fair in the Library between November 15^th and November 22^nd.

STARTING TODAY…. Shop online, November 7^th – 26^th at http://www.scholastic.com/bf/swes2016 There are no Shipping & Handling costs, and online purchases will be delivered to SW before winter break.

Don’t Forget: On Friday, November 18th the PTSA is holding its Turkey Bingo event from 5:30 – 8:00 pm in the Stillwater gymnasium. The book fair will be open that evening as well so make sure to stop by! If you are attending Turkey Bingo, make sure to pre-order your meals by Monday, November 15^th at http://stillwaterptsa.org/turkeybingo/.
